Hold 5-10 drops sublingually (under the tongue) for 30 seconds. Or mix with a small amount of water or fresh juice.
Wait at least 2-3 hours before readministering to see how you feel. Begin with 1-2 drops and gradually build up the dose.
Every four weeks, we suggest taking a one week break from use.
